Two bronze coin medals—formed from hand-taken wax impressions of historical motifs—are hand-distressed and softened, bearing irregular edges and worn surfaces. A faceted garnet, set in oxidized sterling silver, sits at the center: dark, saturated, and quietly powerful.
The medals are suspended from a substantial 20" oxidized sterling silver chain, allowing movement while maintaining balance and weight. Nothing is decorative. Nothing is interchangeable.
