RETURN POLICY

 

• our entire collection is handmade making each piece truly one of a kind, please allow for slight variations due to the handmade process, not two pieces are exactly the same
  
  
• we stand behind our pieces, we will exchange any purchase you are unhappy within 10 days (minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee)  Items must be returned to us within 10 days from the delivery date
  

• all returns must be sent back insured and prepaid (no COD) and must include an RA (return authorization #) no exceptions
   
• after 10 days we cannot accept returns, no exceptions
  
  
• all sale items are a final sale
  
  
• all custom orders are a final sale, this includes all rings
