Rather than reproducing it, I take a direct wax impression from the surface — capturing its worn relief, softened details, and accumulated history — then translate that imprint into metal by hand.
It is an echo.
Every edge, scar, and softened symbol reflects decades of touch, wear, and survival.
Finished by hand and intentionally left imperfect, this medal becomes a modern relic — worn close, layered with intention, or kept as a private talisman.
