A three-medal composition built around protection, endurance, and resolve.
At the center hangs a substantial shield-like bronze medal, formed from a hand-taken wax impression and heavily reworked by hand. The surface is deeply textured and uneven, bearing marks that feel weathered and defensive rather than ornamental.
Flanking the shield are two smaller cross medals—one in bronze, one in silver—each softened and distressed so the symbols feel embedded, not declared. Together, the three elements read as a quiet form of armor: layered, grounded, and deliberate.
All medals are suspended from a substantial 20" oxidized sterling silver chain, designed to carry weight and move as a single composition. Nothing is interchangeable. Nothing is excess.
